1. Important Statement
This platform is committed to providing global users with stable, secure, and compliant network access services.This Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) apply to all individuals, legal entities, or other organizations that legally register for and use the platform’s products and services. Please note: The services of this platform are not provided to the Mainland of the People’s Republic of China (including mainland China), nor may they be used in that region by bypassing network restrictions through any technical means. Any use in violation of this clause shall be deemed a breach of contract.
2. Service Description
2.1 Scope of Services
The platform provides network access services in the form of APIs, intended solely for use in legally compliant overseas environments.This service does not support use in mainland China, nor does it support any form of circumvention of network controls or use for regulatory evasion purposes.
2.2 Usage Restrictions
Users may not use the platform’s services for the following activities (including but not limited to):- Activities that violate the laws and regulations of the place of use;
- Launching cyberattacks, hacking, cryptomining, or controlling botnets;
- Simulated clicks, fake registrations, fraudulent traffic, or other advertising fraud behaviors;
- Large-scale crawling, bypassing protection mechanisms, mass account creation, or other technical abuse;
- Dissemination of pornography, gambling, scams, phishing pages, or illegal financial information;
- Forwarding or indirectly providing related services to users in mainland China.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Requirements
- Registered users must have full civil capacity;
- Registration information must be true, lawful, and accurate, and must not be fabricated or impersonate others;
- The use of automated tools for bulk registration or registering accounts on behalf of others is strictly prohibited;
- In principle, each individual or entity may hold only one primary account.
3.2 Security Responsibilities
- Users must properly safeguard their API keys and login credentials;
- If unauthorized access to an account is discovered, users must immediately contact official customer support;
- The platform shall not be liable for losses caused by user negligence.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1 Scope of Data Collection
During service provision, the platform may collect the following information:- Registration information: email address, country/region, organization name (if applicable);
- Usage records: API call logs, node selection, error responses;
- Device information: source IP, operating system, fingerprint identifiers;
- Contact records: support tickets, anti-abuse appeals, legal statement records.
4.2 Use of Data
Collected data will be used for:- Verifying user identity and controlling service permissions;
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abnormal traffic, and abuse;
- Optimizing service experience and technical performance;
- Complying with legal requirements, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution needs.
4.3 Data Storage and Retention
- All API access and activity logs will be retained for no less than 90 days;
- Logs involving risk control or abnormal behavior may be retained for up to 180 days;
- All data will be stored in encrypted form and protected by access controls to prevent leakage.
4.4 Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell user data. Limited disclosure may occur only under the following circumstances:- Upon lawful requests from judicial or regulatory authorities;
- Sharing with partner vendors (such as payment processors, CDNs, anti-fraud systems) within the necessary scope;
- Other scenarios expressly authorized by the user.
5. Abnormal Behavior Monitoring and Restriction Policies
To prevent high-risk operations and illegal use, the platform has implemented behavior monitoring and automated restriction mechanisms, including:- Detecting excessively high API call frequencies, rapid large-scale node switching, or abnormal IP geographic distributions;
- Detecting multi-location logins by the same user, account sharing, bulk calls, or suspected automated behaviors;
- Upon risk determination, the platform may suspend services, block requests, or issue risk control warnings.
6. Prohibited Use List
It is strictly prohibited to use this service for the following purposes, including but not limited to:- Advertising click fraud, install fraud, or manipulation of conversion rates;
- Assisting attacks on other platforms, website cracking, or enterprise system intrusion;
- Illegal data scraping, selling user data, or bypassing platform firewalls;
- Use in telecom fraud, underground finance, gambling, or other illegal scenarios;
- Development of black-market tools, anonymous relay services, or illegal access channels.
7. Law Enforcement Cooperation and Compliance Investigations
- The platform will cooperate with compliance requirements of Hong Kong or the user’s applicable jurisdiction;
- Upon receiving court orders, administrative investigations, or criminal investigation requests, the platform will provide necessary log data in accordance with the law;
- In cases of suspected illegal or criminal use, the platform will proactively terminate services and report to law enforcement authorities.
8. Governing Law and Regional Restrictions
8.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
8.2 Regional Usage Restrictions
- This service does not support use in mainland China;
- Any attempt to bypass restrictions to register, log in, or access the service from mainland China is prohibited;
- If violations cause losses to third parties, the platform shall assert that full liability rests with the user.
9. Intellectual Property Statement
- The platform name, logo, interface, source code, API documentation, and backend systems are the property of Trusin Net Limited;
- Without written consent, reverse engineering, copying, sublicensing, or public distribution is prohibited;
- Users who integrate APIs for development must indicate the source and bear their own compliance risks.
10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
- The platform shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as power outages, war, or natural disasters);
- Any third-party claims arising from a user’s violation of the platform’s terms shall be borne solely by the user;
- Under no circumstances shall the platform’s total liability exceed the total actual fees paid by the user in the most recent 30 days.
11. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
- The platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement in accordance with business and legal requirements;
- Continued use of the service after updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of all modifications;
- If a user engages in high-risk, illegal, or platform-disruptive behavior, the platform has the right to immediately terminate the Agreement without refunding any fees paid.
